What we do. Who it’s for, and what you actually get.

Most projects add a tool. We start by looking at what we can take away. Only then do we choose: sometimes AI, sometimes an application, sometimes a website.

01 · AI and automation

AI and automation. Where it actually makes a difference.

Interface mock-up: a document read, its information extracted, and an alert when a human decision is needed. The data is fictitious.
What we do

We bring artificial intelligence into the processes you already run. Repetitive work automated, assistants shaped to your context, documents read and turned into data, information that flows where it should. AI is a capability serving a real need, not an end in itself.

Who it’s for

A team that retypes the same information by hand every week, or checks three places before making a decision.

What you get
  • A flow that runs on its own and tells you when a human decision is needed
  • The useful information in a document, extracted and ready to use in your tools
  • An assistant that starts from your context, not from generalities
  • AI applied to precise tasks, designed for a low cost per operation

02 · Custom applications

Custom applications. Built around the way you work.

What we do

Tools designed around how you work, not the other way around. Operations tracking, dashboards, data management, internal tools, mobile apps.

Who it’s for

An organization whose work doesn’t fit any off-the-shelf software, or that coordinates by emailing spreadsheets back and forth.

What you get
  • One dashboard instead of files going around
  • A web or mobile application, tested and usable from the day it goes live
  • An interface designed around how people actually behave
  • App Store publication when the app is mobile

03 · Websites

Websites. Clear, fast, easy to evolve.

Website mock-up: the same structure on desktop and on phone.
What we do

Sites designed to explain your value, reassure your visitors and be well understood by search engines. Written in your customers’ words, and within your profession’s rules when it has them.

Who it’s for

A business or a professional whose site no longer says what they do, or whose every word has to fit a framework.

What you get
  • A clear content architecture
  • A fast site, on phone and desktop alike
  • A structure built for search visibility
  • A lightweight site with no database or plugins to maintain, when the project allows it

04 · Rebuilding existing tools

Rebuilding existing tools. Take over before you start over.

What we do

We take over a tool, a codebase or a system that has aged, and consolidate it. Improving and connecting what exists usually costs less than rebuilding everything, and your team doesn’t have to learn it all again.

Who it’s for

A team that depends on a tool that has become fragile, or on several tools that don’t talk to each other.

What you get
  • A clear inventory: what stays, what goes, what’s missing
  • A consolidated tool, connected to your other systems

05 · Technical advice

Technical advice. Before you pick a tool.

What we do

A clear look at an architecture, a tool choice or an AI project, before you invest in it. We work out where technology, AI included, truly adds value, and where it doesn’t.

Who it’s for

Leaders who have to choose between several options, or want to know whether AI belongs in a specific process.

What you get
  • A clear scope and an order of priority
  • A reasoned recommendation, including what we set aside and why

How we work

Three phases. At each one, you decide whether we keep going.

  1. Understand

We look at what’s already there, tools, files, ways of working, and name what really slows you down. You leave with a clear scope and an order of priority.

    DurationUsually one to two weeks.

  2. Simplify and build

We remove what complicates, then build only what’s missing. Every step delivers something usable, not a promise for the end.

DurationDepending on scope, a few weeks to a few months.

  3. Keep it alive

The tool adapts to real use, not to the original plan. We stay available on the terms we agree on.

PaceWhatever you need, with no imposed subscription.

Questions

Before you write. The short answers.

How does it start?

With a conversation about what slows you down. We look at what already exists, tools, files, ways of working, before proposing anything. You then know whether Provolu can help, and where we would begin.

What do I need to prepare?

Nothing formal. A few sentences describing the problem and, if you can, one concrete example: a file, a screenshot, a typical day. The rest we figure out together.

How are budget and timeline set?

After we understand the need, not before. We propose a clear scope, split into steps that each deliver something usable. At every step, you decide whether we continue.

Can you take over a tool that already exists?

That’s often what we prefer. Improving and connecting what exists usually costs less than rebuilding everything, and your team doesn’t have to relearn.

Do you put AI in every project?

No. Only where it makes a difference, on a precise task. Everywhere else, something simpler does the job better.

What happens after delivery?

We stay available to evolve the tool with real use, on terms we agree on together. The rest is settled in the quote, and we talk about it from the first conversation.

Something in mind? We’ll tell you honestly whether Provolu can help, and where we would start.
